Shipping

A: Absolutely! Tracking your order is quick and easy. Just head over to our Track My Order Page, enter your order number and email address, and you’ll instantly know where your package is and when it’s arriving — no guesswork, just peace of mind.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We charge a flat shipping fee of $25 on all orders, regardless of size or weight. This rate applies to deliveries within the United States. Currently, Aurelin does not offer international shipping.
Returns and Refunds

A: We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
- Change of Mind – Customer pays return shipping.
- Wrong Size/Color Ordered by Customer – Customer pays return shipping.
- Damaged Product Received – Aurelin covers the return shipping.
- Incorrect Item Sent by Aurelin – Aurelin covers the return shipping
Q: Who provides the return label?
A: Responsibility for the return label depends on the reason for the return:
- Change of Mind – Customer must download, print, and arrange courier at their own expense.
- Damaged Product – Customer must download and print the return label, but Aurelin will assist with courier costs.
- Wrong Item Sent by Aurelin – Customer must download and print the return label. Aurelin will provide the link for convenience.
- Wrong Size/Color Ordered by Customer – Customer must download, print, and attach the return label before sending the product back.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all Secure digital wallets or online payment systems (such as PayPal, Venmo) All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways.
