At Aurelin, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent service. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for your convenience.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and free from any signs of wear.
  • In its original packaging (including tags, dust bags, or protective covers if provided).
  • In the same condition as when you first received it.

To complete your return, we kindly ask that you provide a proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt). This helps us quickly verify your order and process your request without delays.

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll notify you and proceed with the refund or exchange as per your preference.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at help@aurelin.shop with your order number and the reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
  • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
  • If the item is damaged, used, or not in its original condition, we may deny the refund.

Exchanges

We make exchanges simple and hassle-free—whether your item is defective or you simply changed your mind. Our goal is to ensure you’re always happy with your purchase.

If you’d like to make an exchange, just drop us an email at help@aurelin.shop with your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange it for. Once we receive your request, our team will guide you through the next steps—this may include sending you a prepaid return label (for defective items) or instructions on how to return the item safely.

As soon as we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your exchange right away and send out the replacement. We’ll also keep you updated throughout the process, so you’ll always know what stage your request is at.

Restocking Fee

Aurelin does not charge any restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us at help@aurelin.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including

  • Sale Items
  • Gift Cards

Return Label

Our return policy outlines who is responsible for the return label in each situation:
Return Reason Return Label Responsibility
Change of Mind Customer must download, print, and arrange courier at their own expense.
Damaged Product Customer must download and print the return label, but Aurelin will assist with courier costs.
Wrong Item Sent by Aurelin Customer must download and print the return label. Aurelin will provide the link for convenience.
Wrong Size/Color Ordered by Customer Customer must download, print, and attach the return label before sending the product back.
