Shipping Rates
We keep things simple with a flat shipping fee. A $25 flat rate applies to all orders, no matter the size or weight. This ensures transparency—no hidden costs at checkout.
Shipping Method
Aurelin currently offers standard shipping within the United States. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
International Shipping
At this time, Aurelin does not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within the United States. As we continue to grow, we may expand our shipping coverage in the future to serve customers worldwide.
Ordered the Wrong Item
If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, you're welcome to return it. Just note that the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. To avoid this, we encourage you to double-check your order before checking out. Need help? Reach out to us anytime.
Need to Change Your Address

- If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us right away at help@aurelin.shop with your updated address details. Our team will make sure your information is corrected before the package goes out.
- If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we won’t be able to change the delivery address. In this case, you may need to reach out directly to the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided in your confirmation email.

Incorrect Address Information
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of reshipping the order will be the customer’s responsibility.
- In such cases, we’ll contact you once the package is returned and provide instructions on how to pay for reshipping so your order can be sent out again.
- Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items that fail to deliver because of incorrect address details.
