At Aurelin, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent service. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for your convenience.
Eligibility for Returns
- You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at help@aurelin.shop with your order number and the reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
- If the item is damaged, used, or not in its original condition, we may deny the refund.
Exchanges
We make exchanges simple and hassle-free—whether your item is defective or you just changed your mind. Just drop us an email at help@aurelin.shop with your order number and what you’d like to exchange, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Restocking Fee
Aurelin does not charge any restocking fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us at help@aurelin.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
