Transit, Handling & Cut-Off Time

  • Transit Time: Transit time is 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Handling Time: We prepare and pack your order within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (UTC) will be processed the next business day.
  • Total Delivery Time: Total delivery time is 4-7 Business Days (Monday to Friday) from the time you order.
  • Time Zone: All order processing and support hours follow Central Time (UTC -6:00, Chicago)

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $25 applies to all orders.

Shipping Method

  • We offer standard shipping in United States.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. At this time, Aurelin ships only within the United States.

Order Adjustments

Ordered the Wrong Item

If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, you're welcome to return it. Just note that the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. To avoid this, we encourage you to double-check your order before checking out. Need help? Reach out to us anytime.

Need to Change Your Address

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at help@aurelin.shop to update the address. Once your package is on the way, unfortunately, we can’t make any changes.

Tracking Your Package

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way—from our hands to yours.

Incorrect Address Info

Please make sure your shipping details are accurate before submitting your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping will be your responsibility.

Order Cancellation

No worries! You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. If it’s already on the way, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for guidance.

Damaged Packages
